Otaku Photo Contest Official Rules
1) Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2) Timing
The Contest begins on August 26th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Philippines Time Zone and ends on September 8th, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. Philippines Time Zone (the "Contest Period").
3) How to Enter
To participate you must have an Instagram account and it must be public so that your posts are viewable to us. Instagram accounts are free; but subject to its Terms of Service: http://instagram.com/legal/terms/. You will need to use a mobile device and therefore, message and data rates may apply.
To submit an entry take the following steps:
1. Follow Otaku Cafe on Instagram @otakucafe123

2. Take a photo celebrating Otaku Cafe Grand Opening at Otaku Cafe. Moments should be beautiful, warm, creative and your own; and
3. Post the photo on Instagram and include the hashtag #OtakuPhotoContest or #OtakuCafe123 in your photo caption
Content Restrictions:
1. The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
2. The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than Otaku Cafe;
3. The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
4. The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
5. The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
6. The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.
4) Winner Determination
After the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Otaku Cafe in its sole discretion will select the three (3) entrants.
5) Winner Requirement
Potential winners will be notified by @otakucafe123 through Instagram Direct on or after September 9th, 2016 and the potential winners's Instagram user name and his/her submission may be posted on this blog. Each Potential Winner will be required to pick up the prizes at Otaku Cafe within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent through Instagram Direct or to provide his/her full name, valid email address and pick up date (we can store the prize until the end of September 2016 with these information.) If a potential winner cannot pick up and contact within the required time period, or does not comply with these Official Rules, potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners will be required to show his/her Instagram on his/her mobile device to us when he/she pick up the prize.
